School Groups for 14 and 15 year old students

For 14 and 15 year old students

This page explains how students aged 14 and 15 take part in Learn in a Flash: they travel in accompanied groups, are encouraged to share a School House with a school friend, and can estimate the cost with our price calculator.

School groups for 14 and 15 year old students

About the services

See our "More info" page to see how the service is provided. It is all the same, apart from the fact that students of this age cannot fly alone, so we cannot arrange individual departures.

  • 14 and 15 year old students must travel in accompanied groups, with a teacher or adult travelling there and back with them. It could be a parent or an over 18 year old friend or relative.
  • Register for free to see if your high school organises groups with us.
  • If your school does not organise a group, or you wish to go with a relative, friend or someone from another school, we organise groups open to everyone.

School mate buddy

Two school friends sharing a School House

We not only allow, but suggest, that 14 and 15 year old students share the room or School House with a school friend as a buddy for their first experience. We also suggest repeating it once over 16, with our work experience full immersion programme with no co-nationals.

Here is how to find a School House for two to share.

It is still feasible, for those who are most mature, to take full advantage of our organisation and have the experience individually: one-to-one lessons and activities, with no co-nationals. In this case we require a one-to-one meeting with our staff, the student and his or her parents, to check whether it is an appropriate solution for them.

Price calculator

Try our price calculator to estimate how much it would cost. Some prices are stated as estimates, as they may vary a little according to the School House (the cost of lessons and afternoon activities) and other services.

  • The cost for two students is really appreciable, as the cost of lessons and afternoon activities is shared with one's school mate buddy.
  • Only students over 16 may apply for work experience. Students over 14 may go to the sports centre or enjoy free time going around town alone, but we strongly recommend considering a full-time schedule: lessons and afternoon activities, or afternoon sports as a good alternative.
